Scouting High Adventure Program
High-adventure trips are intended to deliver wilderness and learning adventures that last a lifetime! Scouts that embark on these adventures will be both medically and physically challenged, putting their scout knowledge and skills that they have learned through the scouting ranks to the ultimate tests. Because of this individual Scouts are required to have achieved their First Class rank and be of 14 years of age.

Covid- 19 has made this a challenging time to do normal scouting for Troop 599. The Troop is continuing to keep scouts engaged by holding virtual meetings so scouts can stay involved in scouting. The Scouts are using the times of stay at home and social distancing to work on merit badges at home or even attending virtual merit badge clinics. Scout's will find a way to continue to learn and do things even with these challenging unprecedented time we face. So this year Troop 599 and our Chartering Organization Scouting Friends of Hales Corners Lutheran Church kindly ask you to donate to the High Adventure Fund as an alternative to the regular Mother’s Day Flower Sale Fundraiser. By your donation you will be helping future scouts of Troop 599 go to one of the above listed High Adventure bases and create experiences that will last a lifetime.
